NGV Training for Firefighters and First Responders

This one-day instructor-led training course teaches first responders the fundamentals of compressed natural gas vehicles in a way that will enable them to appropriately respond to emergencies involving these vehicles. It explains the properties of natural gas and how it differs from liquid fuels, and then proceeds with detailed instruction on each component of the CNG fuel system, including their functions and how first responders may need to interact with those components during an emergency.  The course also teaches first responders proper response techniques to CNG or LNG vehicle incidents.
