How to Become A Sponsor

NGVI's Sponsor Program provides an excellent opportunity for companies involved in the natural gas industry to gain great exposure to literally thousands of prospective customers, while helping us in educating others about NGVs and CNG fueling. Sponsors receive exposure to the public NGVI serves -- our mutual clients -- through a variety of means, including several major exposures on the NGVI website. Sponsor logos are included on our homepage. In the "About our Sponsors" section, the sponsor listing includes a brief description of your company and its products and services, as well as a hyperlink to your website.

Most importantly, there is a special section on our website called "Sponsor Access" where sponsors gain information about our participants. Included here is valuable contact information for each attendee, as well as information about their companies' current inventory and future plans for both their NGV fleet and their CNG fueling.

A major benefit of being a NGVI Sponsor is that your company will receive considerable exposure during the promotion and convening at the majority of our well-attended courses and events. Here's the exposure you will get if you become a Sponsor:

Your company name will appear as one of our valued sponsors on all promotional and registration materials.
Your company name, contact person, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, and company URL will appear on the first inside page of materials provided to participants at each event. Over 600 prime, prospective contacts receive this material each year!
We will distribute any sales literature you provide us to our participants. This information is handed to each attendee at the Technology Forums and other courses.
Reference to your company and your products and services will be made during each of the courses/events as appropriate.

Outside speakers make NGVI presentations at many events on subjects related to fueling stations and NGVs. Sponsors are given priority consideration as potential speakers in these in-person presentations. This gives you yet another avenue for exposure with your prospective customers.

Over the past two years, NGVI has developed and continues to expand our international outreach. As a sponsor, your outreach expands with ours internationally as well.

In all, the NGVI Sponsor Program provides great benefit at a nominal price. All this value comes at less than the cost of one direct mail campaign or one magazine ad placement.
